Ingredients:
1. Prawns....................... 6 Pcs
2. Salt............................. 1/2 tsp
3. Black Pepper .............. 1/4 tsp
4. Thai Basil.................... 6 Leaf
5. Shrimp Paste............. 200 g
6. Breadcrumbs............... 1 Cup
7. Sesame ....................... 1 Cup
Method:
1. Remove the shell and intestines of the Prawns. Pad dry the Prawns.
2. Seasons the Prawns with Salt and Black Pepper. Put into fridge for 20 minutes.
3. Cut the Prawn alongside the bottom. Stuff with Thai Basil leave.
4. Wrap the Prawn with Shrimp Paste. Coat it with Sesame and Breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry until it turns to golden brown and fully cooked.
